Product development starts at the technical meeting with a client. Depending on the requirements the product must meet, we jointly define the optimum process. For casting development the following phases are of importance:

1. examination of customer requirements,
2. process planning for product development – future plan (MS Project),
3. planning of necessary operations and key properties,
4. casting concept design and determination of necessary tools – casting simulation (MagmaSoft, Catia),
5. designing necessary clamping devices - drawings (Catia)
6. testing phase of the designed process,
7. examining the required casting properties (examination methods for physical and mechanical properties),
8. elaboration of product documentation (PPAP).
